This is a portrait of an ancient  pine picked out in soft misty tones. With a blue and brown glaze for contrast inside. As with all my pieces the pattern is carved freehand to fit the item so can never be exactly duplicated. All my pieces are created individually by me in my home studio. I work in stoneware, so items are pretty tough, food & dishwasher safe. 9.5cm wide 11cm high.
