This little Vase is an attempt to simplify a bit, still lots of carved detail but a more restrained colour scheme. It is glazed in translucent colours that pool in the deep areas of the design. As with all my pieces the pattern is carved freehand to fit the item so can never be exactly duplicated. All my pieces are created individually by me in my home studio. I work in stoneware, so items are pretty tough, food & dishwasher safe.
